Wear the lenses during waking hours and remove them before sleep. After removal, clean, rinse and disinfect them with a compatible soft-lens care solution, following its instructions. Store them fully covered in fresh solution in a clean lens case. Use clean, dry hands and fingertips when handling the lenses, and keep tap water away from them. Replace the opened lenses after one month; the monthly period runs from opening, including days when they are not worn.
